Refund policy
1. General Provisions
The Returns Policy governs the return of products purchased from the Company’s website. By placing an order, the customer agrees to be bound by these terms. Returns and exchanges shall be subject to the terms set out herein and any additional statutory rights applicable under Maltese and European consumer protection legislation.
2. Returns Window
Customers may request a return or exchange within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of the goods. Any request submitted outside of this period may, at the Company’s sole discretion, be declined.
3. Condition of Returned Goods
Products may only be returned where they satisfy all of the following conditions:
Items must be unused, unopened and in mint condition.
Items must be returned with the original sealed packaging.
Returns must be accompanied by valid proof of purchase.
The Company reserves the right to conduct an inspection of all returned goods prior to approving any exchange or replacement. Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.
4. Gift Cards
No returns, refunds, or exchanges are permitted in respect of gift cards purchased from the Company.
5. Exchanges
Where an exchange is approved, replacement items shall be provided subject to availability. Should the requested item be unavailable, the Company reserves the right to offer an alternative product of comparable value at its sole discretion.
6. Refunds and Returns
The Company does not provide monetary refunds except as specified in Clause 2.
Where a return is accepted, customers will be offered:
- An exchange for another product, or
- Store credit or an alternative product, at the Company’s discretion.
7. Shipping and Return Costs
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, customers shall bear the cost of return shipping. Where goods are returned due to being defective or incorrectly supplied by the Company, reasonable return costs may be reimbursed.
8. Defective or Incorrect Items
Customers must notify the Company of incorrect items within the applicable return period. In case of defective items, the Customer shall notify the Company within the returns period and/or the Warranty period (If applicable) The Company shall assess such claims and may, at its discretion, provide a replacement, repair, or alternative solution.
9. Inspection and Rejection of Returns
All returned items shall be inspected upon receipt. The Company reserves the right to reject returns where items:
- Are returned without the required documentation
- Have been used or damaged by customer misuse

10. Amendments
The Company reserves the right to amend or update this Returns Policy at any time. Amendments shall become effective immediately upon publication on the Company’s website.
